License
A paid Keyglass license grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Keyglass professionally and activate it on up to two Macs at a time. Deactivating one Mac releases that device slot for another Mac. The license is a one-time purchase, permanently covers the purchased major version, and includes every update released for it. You may make a reasonable backup copy. The software, brand, and documentation remain the publisher’s intellectual property.
Trial and restricted mode
The full trial lasts 14 days, starts only when you explicitly choose to begin it, and requires no payment card. When a trial or license is no longer valid, Keyglass enters restricted mode: existing data remains readable, exportable after authentication, and deletable, while write and process injection workflows are disabled. A license is not a promise of cloud storage or recovery; you remain responsible for your Mac, Apple Account, access controls, and backups.
Purchases, withdrawal, and refunds
Prices and taxes are shown before payment and checkout is handled by Polar. Keyglass additionally offers a voluntary 30-day satisfaction refund window from the purchase date. Requests for withdrawal, cancellation, or refund can be sent to[email protected]. Mandatory consumer rights in your country always prevail over these terms. Where applicable, immediate delivery of digital software may require your express consent and acknowledgement concerning the statutory withdrawal period at checkout.
Updates and support
The license includes every update released for the purchased major version. A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade, but declining it does not end the license you already purchased. Keyglass verifies update signatures before installation. Support is provided in English and French on a commercially reasonable basis; no response-time or uptime guarantee is created unless separately agreed in writing.
Responsible use
Do not bypass applicable activation limits, distribute license keys, reverse engineer the software except where law expressly permits it, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights. You are responsible for the commands and environments you run with the CLI.
Warranty and liability
Keyglass is provided with the warranties that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
Termination and law
You may stop using Keyglass at any time. The publisher may terminate a license for a material breach after reasonable notice where required; your ability to export and delete existing records remains available. The law of the seller’s establishment applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
