Before writing
Include your macOS version, Keyglass version, the exact sanitized error code, and the operation you attempted. Never include a secret value, license key, exported .env file, or Keychain dump.
License recovery
If a Mac is lost or an activation cannot be released from the app, include the purchase email and the affected Mac label. Support can help recover an activation without requesting your stored secrets.
Safe diagnostics
The CLI emits stable, redacted error codes. Start withkeyglass --version and the failing command shape, replacing project, environment, and key names if they are sensitive.
Security reports
Mark the subject “Security” and describe the impact and reproduction steps without publishing the issue first. Do not include real customer data or credentials.
